Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Non-Refundable:
   Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.

2. Session Booking & Location:
   The photography session must be scheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time and location with Syncasta Darko Photography.

• Outdoor Sessions: Locations must be within a 2-hour drive from Milwaukee, WI. Travel fees may apply for sessions outside this radius.

1. Validity Period:
   Gift vouchers are valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issue. The session must be booked and held within this period. Expired vouchers will not be honored.

2. Usage Restrictions:

• Vouchers are valid only for the specific photographic services and/or products described on the voucher.

• No substitutions, exchanges, or alterations are permitted.

• Vouchers may only be redeemed once and are not valid for use in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.

1. Non-Transferable:
   Gift vouchers are non-transferable and must be used by the person named on the voucher (if applicable).
   Vouchers may not be sold, exchanged, or used for commercial, promotional, or competition purposes without prior written consent from Syncasta Darko Photography. We reserve the right to void any voucher suspected of being used in violation of these terms.

2. Contract Requirement:
   Prior to receiving any photographic services or products, the voucher holder must sign a legally binding photography agreement with Syncasta Darko Photography.
   Failure to sign the agreement will void the gift voucher, and no services will be provided.

3. Amendments:
   Syncasta Darko Photography reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
